SMS Message Log

SMS Message Log means a complete record of the Messages sent and received by the Intermediary, either in computer-readable or hard copy format. When you use the tab SMS Message Log on the page system log, the detail of SMS messages will appear on the list page of the SMS message log and you will see the following information.

• Timestamp - In this column, we can check the date and time of the event.

• User - It shows the name of the user

• Mobile - It is the mobile number of the user.

• Message - It is the message being received or sent by the user.

• Trans ID - It is the transaction ID of the user.

Clicking on any column title ( Timestamp, User, Mobile, and Message), sort by that column. 👍

Navigating SMS Message

If there is a long list of SMS Messages, then this list is converted into the number of pages. You can go to these pages by clicking on the respective button . You can go to the next page of SMS Messages by clicking the next button or can go to the previous page by clicking on the previous button . These buttons are available at the bottom right of the list page of the SMS Message Log.

Filtering SMS Messages

You can go to the search engine and search for any SMS messages from those available in the current list. The search will apply to text in any of the following columns:

• Timestamp

• User

• Mobile

• Message

• Trans ID

Exporting SMS Message Log

• You can get a copy of the list page which includes the Timestamp, User, Mobile, Message, and Transaction ID of all the system requests in various formats such as Copy, CSV, Excel, PDF, and Print.

• You will get several buttons such as Copy, CSV, Excel, PDF, and Print that will help you to save the list page in the format that is mentioned on their respective buttons. These buttons are available at the bottom left of the list page of the SMS message log.
