Adding An Entity

Users can create entities and add to any level of the hierarchy using the New Entity button. Please check your user privileges with your system administrator if you can not see this option.

To add a new entity in a hierarchy, click New Entity at the topmost left on the Hierarchy Page.

Fill in the information required to complete the enrolment of a new entity.

• Entity Name - It is the name assigned to the new level of the hierarchy and it will be shown on the list page of the hierarchies.

• Entity Parent - You need to choose that parent entity to which you would assign the new level of hierarchy.

Any device belonging to a particular child level will automatically belong to its parent entity.
