Updating Dashboard

To edit and manage the dashboard's information:

1. Click either the name or the editing button on the right side of the dashboard page.

2. Update all the information.

• You can add any number of widgets by using these widgets tabs

Collaborate

You can also share this dashboard with anyone outside the AlphaX Platform. By clicking on the tab collaborate , you will get a page where the link for this dashboard is available. You can share this link with anyone.

The activation and deactivation button is the same. If we click on the deactivate button, it turns to activate, and on this activate button if you click, it turns to deactivate.

If you deactivate this link by clicking on the button activate, users with whom you share this link outside the platform can not see the data on this dashboard. On the screen, the following message will be shown

Dashboard Settings

When you click on the editing button in the dashboard settings which is located at the top right side of the dashboard editing page, a page will pop up where you get the three fields and these are

• Name* - In this field, you can edit the name of the dashboard.

• Entity* - You can assign the dashboard to any other entity by clicking on this field and by choosing any other entity from the list.

• Data time Range* - In this field, you can edit the data time range according to your requirement. When you click on this field, you will get various options for the time range. you will also get an option for the customization of the data time range.

For more information about the custom range, click on ( DATA TIME RANGE ).

• You can enable or disable the value range according to the requirement and at last click on the save button to save all the changes you make.

You can also manage the data time range by using the tab this which is next to the edit button . You will get the same options as you get in the data time range field.

Deleting Widget

All the existing widgets on your dashboard have the delete button on the top right. If you want to delete a particular widget, you can use this button. When you click on this button, an alert will pop up with two buttons. You can see it in the following picture

If you want to remove the widget from the dashboard, click on the remove button . Otherwise, you can go back either by clicking on the cancel button or on the cross button.

Editing Widget

You can edit the detail of any existing widget by using the setting button which is available for each widget and located at the top right of the widget.

When you click on it, it will open the editing page corresponding to it.

For instance, if i click on the edit button that i marked on the above picture, it will pop up the following page

It is the same page you get by clicking on the chart widget .

You can resize the widget by holding whether right or left click over the two-sided pointer which is located at the bottom right of the widget and now move the cursor accordingly (Move in to decrease the size of the widget and move out to increase the size of the widget).

You can change the positions of the widgets by holding the right-click on the picture and dragging it anywhere on the dashboard where you want to fit it.
