Creating collaborators is a straightforward process. Click the create new collaborator button and fill in the prompts.

After a collaborator has been created they will be available for use in any of the modules that requires a user to select a person or organisation.
Click New Contact to add new collaborators.
Fill in the information required to complete the steps, and then click create.
Mandatory field requirements for collaborators.
Name - Shows the name of each contact in the list.
Entity - Shows the contact in relation to the hierarchy of the organisation.
Email - Shows the email ID for all the contact in the list.
Optional field requirements for collaborators.
Mobile - The number for the collaborator to receive SMS and calls.
