Creating Collaborators

Creating collaborators is a straightforward process. Click the create new collaborator button and fill in the prompts.

After a collaborator has been created they will be available for use in any of the modules that requires a user to select a person or organisation.

Adding a new collaborator

Click New Contact to add new collaborators.

Click "New Contact" button

Fill in the information required to complete the steps, and then click create.

Mandatory field requirements for collaborators.

  • Name - Shows the name of each contact in the list.

  • Entity - Shows the contact in relation to the hierarchy of the organisation.

  • Email - Shows the email ID for all the contact in the list.

Optional field requirements for collaborators.

  • Mobile - The number for the collaborator to receive SMS and calls.
