Creating Battery Type

To add a new battery type, click New Battery Types at the topmost left on the battery types subpage of the attributes page of the module ADMINISTRATION.
Fill in the information required to complete the enrolment of a new battery type.
Site* - When you click on the field site, you will get the list of entities. Select one to which you require to assign the battery type.
Name - Here you must fill in the name of the battery type.
Maximum Voltage - In this field, you need to add on the maximum voltage of the battery in terms of volts. When you click on this field or hover over this field, you will get two buttons, one for the increment of the number and the other for decrement. So you can adjust the voltage using these buttons.
Minimum Voltage - In this field, you need to add the minimum voltage of the battery in terms of volts. When you click on this field or hover over this field, you will get two buttons, one for the increment of the number and the other for decrement. So you can adjust the voltage using these buttons.
Nominal Voltage - As the 'nominal voltage' is the voltage for which the circuit-breaker is designed to be used. So here you need to fill in the nominal voltage of the battery in terms of volts. When you click on this field or hover over this field, you will get two buttons, one for the increment of the number and the other for decrement. So you can adjust the voltage using these buttons.
Capacity - It is the capacity or how many amps the battery can deliver in an hour value of the battery. When you click on this field or hover over this field, you will get two buttons, one for the increment of the number and the other for decrement. So you can adjust the capacity value using these buttons.
Once you create the battery type, you can check it on the list page of the battery type.
