To update the device's information:
Click the managing button on the right side of the Devices page.
Update all the information.
Whatever information you fill in according to your requirement will be saved automatically.
When you click on this tab, you will get several fields where you edit all the required information about the device such as
Device Name
Device Image
Entity - When you click on field entity, you will get a list of entities. You need to assign a site to your device to which it belongs.
Device Tag - It is the unique Id for a particular dethat vice.
Device Status - By clicking on this field, you will get the list of options. Select the status that your device have.
Type - when you click on the type field, you will get two options for the list. one is Device and other is gateway. Choose one according to the type.
When you click on this tab, you will get the three blanks where you can update the required information
Network - When you click on the field Network, you will get a list of types of networks. Fill in the field by clicking on the required type of the network.
Network ID* - You must fill in the unique Network ID that is assigned to your device.
Keep Alive* - Select the keep-alive time in seconds (time between the readings in seconds). This will affect the on/off status badges throughout the system.
To register a channel, click on the tab "Add New Channel". A page will pop up where you must fill in all the required information such as
Select Channel* - There is a long list of channel numbers, select the channels sequence-wise),
Sensor Location Description* - Here you must fill in some short description of location of your device.
Select Sensor Type - Select the type of the sensor. When you click on this field, you will get a long list of sensor types, select anyone according to the type of your sensor.
Calibration Factor - Fill in the calibration factor value of the sensor.
Calibration Offset - Fill in the calibration offset value of the sensor.
Tick on the cumulative values.
When you click on it, you will get a page where you will get the following alert
If you want to delete the channel, then press the Yes button, otherwise, click on the button No.
Filtering ChannelYou can go to the search engine and search for a channel from those available in the current list. The search will apply to text in any of the following columns.

You can get a list of power sources by clicking on the field power source. Select that power source that provides energy to your device.
By clicking on the Alerts tab, you will get the following information
List page sorted by the columns titles Channel, Description, Alert, Status, Last Triggered.
There is a "search Engine" that can be used to find out any particular Alert.
There are several tabs such as Copy, CSV, PDF, Print, and Excel that can be used to export the list of alerts.
When you click on this tab, you will see the following information
Latitude - Fill in the value of the Latitude of your device.
Longitude - Fill in the value of the Longitude of your device.
Set the physical position of the device on the map.
You can view the map in different forms such as satellite imagery, street map, and street map with terrain.
Hovering over the satellite tab will pop up a new tab called labels. You can select a label to show imagery with street names or deselect it if you don't want to see the street names.
There is a button to toggle the full-screen view.
There is a button for zooming in and zooming out of the map.
When you click on this tab, it will open some fields that you need to fill in and these are
Manufacturer - When you click on the tab "select an option" under the manufacturer, you will get a list of manufacturers. Select the Manufacturer of your sensor.
Model - There is a list of sensor model names. Select the Model Name of your sensor.
Serial Number - Fill in the Serial Number of the sensor.
When you click on the tab purchasing information, it will open some fields that you need to fill in and these are
Value $AUD - In this field, you need to fill in the price of your sensor.
Purchase Date - When you click on this field, the calendar will pop up and the you can adjust your purchase date of the sensor.
Purchase Order Number - Here in this field, you will fill in the specific purchase number for your device.
Supplier - By clicking on this field, you will get the list of names of suppliers. Select the name of the supplier of your sensor.
By clicking on this tab, you will get several fields such as
To add a new service log, click on the tab Log Service, and a new page will pop up where you will fill in the required information such as select service date, assign service to someone, write any service note if required.
Select the next service date from the calendar that will pop up when you click on this field.
Fill in the service frequency.
Exporting a list of services in various formats such as Copy, CSV, PDF, Print, and Excel by clicking on the respective button
You will see the list page for all services for the sensor sorted by the columns titles Timestamp, Service Date, Serviced By.
When you click on this tab, you will see a new tab named "Add Document" and will also see the list page of all documents created for the device.
To create a new document, click on the tab Add Document, a page will pop up where you must fill in the document title and select the document either image or Pdf.
That new document you can see on the list page sorted by the column titles Document and Upload Date.
If you want to write any information related to your sensor, you can use this tab. Here you can edit your notes by using various options. You have the option to change the style of your writing, can underline the notes, and can also bold your writing. You also have an option to remove the font style. You have an option to create the ordered, and unordered list. You can arrange your notes in table form by using the tab table.

If you have an access to the Data Analytics Module, you can do the quick analysis and table analysis of any channel by clicking on the quick analysis button and table analysis button respectively corresponding to that channel.
You can manage the details of the channel by using either the edit button or by clicking on the respective description of the channel
You can delete any channel by using the respective delete button.
